Carol Santora

Carol Santora joined the Advisory Board in 2007. She served as president of the Breast Cancer Alliance from 2003 to 2005 and first joined the Board in 1999. During her career, Carol was a psychiatric nurse clinical specialist involved in various health care capacities, from drug abuse prevention teacher to Greenwich Hospital Hospice volunteer coordinator. The mother of three daughters, she has volunteered extensively in the Greenwich schools, serving on the Greenwich Academy Parent’s Board for five terms and the Greenwich Teen Center Board for three years. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Greenwich Chapter of the American Red Cross and of the Greenwich Hospital Women's Health Initiative. Carol received the Greenwich Time Louise Crisafi Community Health Award in 2002, the Spirit of Greenwich Award in 2010, and the American Red Cross Pam Schaffner Award in 2011.
