Lile R. Gibbons

Lile R. Gibbons joined the advisory board in 2004. A 43-year resident of Greenwich and Old Greenwich, she is currently serving her sixth term in the Connecticut House of Representatives, 150th District, where she serves on the Transportation and Finance Committees and is a ranking member on the Human Services Committee. Locally, she serves on the advisory boards of the the Greenwich Point Conservancy, Greenwich Magazine, the Garden Education Center, and the Junior League. She is also a trustee of the John A. Hartford Foundation in New York City. Lile was elected to three terms on the Greenwich Board of Education (including three years as its Chair), and also served on the Connecticut State Board of Higher Education. She has volunteered in various capacities for numerous local school committees and non-profits.
