Ellen Keats has lived in Greenwich since 1988 with her husband, Irv Goldstein, and two children. Professionally, Ellen practiced law for many years as a partner at Gilbride, Tusa, Last and Spellane in Greenwich. She later served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Fine Host Corporation. Ellen currently serves on the Steering Committee of the Hope Chest/Yale Cancer Center Genetics Counseling Program. She delivers Meals on Wheels and volunteers at Neighbor to Neighbor. She has worked for Let's Get Ready and founded Parent to Parent College Connection, an affiliate of the Greenwich Alliance for Education. She sits on the Parents' Council of Hamilton College and is a Trustee of the Kurzrok Foundation. Ellen has worked on fundraisers for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. At the Breast Cancer Alliance, she co-Chaired the Junior Committee with Suzanne Sennatt for several years and served on the Education and Outreach Grants Committee, which she will co- Chair with Carla Kidd beginning in January 2012.
