Joanne E. Masin

Joanne E. Masin joined the Advisory Board in 2007, after serving for six years on the Board of Directors. She has held executive positions in both the airline and healthcare industries and run her own interior design firm in Virginia , focusing on residential and commercial interiors. Her volunteer projects have included: Heliomare in Holland , a children's home for the mentally handicapped; handicapped horseback riding programs; and ChildHelp USA . Joanne is on the Council at Rockefeller University and is involved in their Women and Science program. She is also on the Steering Committee of the Women's Health Symposium at the Weill Cornell Medical College . She has done fundraising for a host of charitable organizations, as well as volunteer counseling of breast cancer patients. She lives in Greenwich with her husband Michael.
