Barbara A. Ward, MD

Barbara A. Ward, MD is Medical Director of the Breast Center at Greenwich Hospital. She is a surgical oncologist who trained at Yale and was a clinical staff fellow at the National Cancer Institute. As the previous Director of the Yale Breast Center, Dr. Ward brings research and clinical experience to her new position. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Y-Me of Connecticut Breast Cancer Support Group.  She is currently on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society, New England Division, and serves as Greenwich Hospital's Cancer Liaison to the American College of Surgeons.
