Breast Cancer Alliance Pink Glove Dance Video

The original Pink Glove Dance video was produced in 2009 by employees at the Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. The video immediately went "viral," recording more than 11 million hits on YouTube while making viewers laugh, cry and swing their hips - all while raising awareness and funds for breast cancer. Now the Breast Cancer Alliance has made its own Pink Glove Dance video, which debuted today at the Benefit Luncheon. Bob Capazzo, local photographer and good friend of the Alliance, lent his skill behind the lens to our effort and, over the course of several months, produced the masterpiece you see here, set to the tunes of Jay Sean (“Do You Remember”) and AKON (“Beautiful”). Kaylie Hanson's choreography made screen-worthy dancers out of the wonderful people from our community, who let down their inhibitions to support a great cause.
